Neel Desai
President & Founder
Neel is the founder of Technology for Tomorrow. He started the organization with the hopes that he could help the older members of his community use technology to improve their lives. In addition to founding the organization, Neel has served in the office of Senator Patrick Leahy, and he is currently attending Northeastern University in Boston.

Mike Maslack
Director
Mike is a 35-year veteran in management and IT consulting, including Business Transformation, Strategy and Change, and Enterprise Architecture. His experience extends to global projects and clients, in numerous high-technology industry areas, including electronics, automotive and biomedical. He is a patent holder in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems, and brings both broad and deep knowledge and experience to the T4T team.

Jacquie Dragon
Director
Jacquie currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Merchants Bank, and has over 20 years of HR management experience in a variety of corporate industries and well as 4 years as an independent consultant, focused in the not for profit sector. She holds an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a BS in Social Work, and SPHR from the Society of Human Resources. Jacquie resides in Burlington, Vermont with her family.

Karl Swanke
Director
Karl has over 25 years of volunteer service from public speaking and advocacy to fund raising and board leadership for a wide variety of charitable organizations. His early work included Special Olympics (President’s Award), Midwest Athletes against Childhood Cancer, and Cystic Fibrosis to name a few. Committed to helping youth, Karl has served in many capacities for area youth groups and organizations as well as a Volunteer coach for both Football and Track and Field; most recently with the Rice High School Track and Field Team. He is also a Heads-Up Football Ambassador for USA Football and the National Football League. His volunteer experience with charitable organizations provides valuable insight to the T4T team.

JR Miller
Director
JR’s experience, over 30 years, spans the full development life cycle for global ERP and legacy systems in a large, multinational high technology business environment. His technical analysis and communication skills allow him to work effectively across the solution and organizational spectrums, from business to IT, and from technical to executive. JR specializes in the evaluation of business processes, and their alignment with the functionality in technical solutions. JR has developed expertise in structured problem-solving and change management, while working in a variety of industry segments, including manufacturing, finance, logistics and retail. His foundation in Lean and Six Sigma help him convey the value of continuous process improvement to his client’s organizations.

Vijay Desai
Secretary/Treasurer
Vijay is a professionally certified executive project manager and the owner of Vermont-based Desai Management Consulting. Vijay’s training and experience, over 23 years, is a huge asset to the Technology for Tomorrow Board of Directors. His broad track record of success, on a global scale, in the areas of subject matter expertise, process and application development, change leadership and project management will prove extremely valuable for T4T and its growth into the 21st century.

Scot Barker
Director
Scot brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and customer service to the T4T team. As a passionate leader, coach and mentor, he is inspired by curiosity and learning and is driven to bring that knowledge to everything he does. Scot has spent his career in industries as diverse as publishing, health care and e-commerce and has seen his work take him all over the world. Scot lives in Burlington, Vermont with his wife and daughter.

Ami Biswas
Director
Ami brings over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and business-building partner for startups and established companies looking to grow and expand. He is a veteran of McKinsey & Co. in the US and across Southeast Asia, and is currently working on business building and growth projects in Thailand and Vermont. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University, an MD from Stanford School of Medicine. He currently teaches Management at Middlebury College, serves on the Supervisory Committee of Opportunities Federal Credit Union, a community bank serving low-income populations, and is a founding member of the Vermont Hindu Temple.

Carly Stine
Program Manager
Carly is a Vermont native and former SB Rebel who is happy to be back in the Vermont community. She graduated with honors from St. Lawrence University with a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science and Communication Arts. Carly is excited to be a member of the T4T team and help further T4T's important vision/mission/values.
