This week, we are pleased to announce that we will be continuing our digital literacy courses in partnership with both Burlington School District Parent University and The Janet S. Munt Family Room! Our classes with BPU will cover internet privacy, family internet safety, scam prevention, and direct technology assistance sessions. For the Family Room, we will be participating in a number of public tabling events, offering lessons on browsers, internet security, and scams. In addition, we have scheduled courses on children’s internet safety in order to help parents protect their children online. All of these programs will be offered free of charge, thanks to the support of our community.
We’d like to thank BPU and the Family Room for once again inviting us back, and working with us to continue spreading technology education to immigrants and refugees right here in Vermont!
